SHIPPING POLICY
All prints are sent by standard Royal Mail post. Paintings are sent tracked and insured. A phone number and email address is often requried for the courier. You will get regular updates on the progress of your order. Paintings sent to the UK will usually arrive in 1-2 working days. Paintings sent to US will usually arrive in 5-7 working days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sam Dolman Art. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will do my best to resolve the issue. If you wish to return or exchange your artwork, I will cover the shipping costs. Please note that commissioned pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
